CONCEPT Dream Village (Pueblo de Suenos) is an ECO friendly, beach side Caribbean style residential cottage complex. It is located in Punta Uva, within the Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge, in the province of Talamanca, Costa Rica. It is on the beautiful Caribbean Sea, approximately 60 kms. from the port city of Limon. The Dream Village complex is designed to be a full or part-time residence and/or a vacation home. It offers 3 fully appointed cottages, in a verdant tropical setting. The property is nestled between the coast road for easy entry and the beach for sea breezes and direct beach access. The Punta Uva area is a tropical paradise, with lush vegetation, beautiful pristine beaches and proximity to shopping and restaurants in a friendly multicultural and international community. Dream Village management will offer full services (see services) and the cottages will be available for sale as individual condominium units (see legal). The landscaping and buildings are designed to have minimum impact on the environment, recycle water for irrigation , minimize energy consumption, and ensure that each unit is self contained and offers privacy and security, in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The cottages are built up off the ground on four foot high columns. This safeguards against flooding, provides for air circulation and cooling and allows the space under the cottages to be used for storage. The first cottage will be available for sale in 2009. The second and third units will follow. The anticipated completion date for the entire project is the end of 2010. When complete, Dream Village will contain: a reception house at the front of the property that will provide business, communication and security services, 3 condominium cottages and the private residence of the project owners.
