LEGAL STRUCTURE Pueblo de Suenos, S.A. is a fully registered Costa Rican corporation. It is the sole owner of the 2,700 square meter property that constitutes the Dream Village project area. Costa Rican law creates a Maritime Zone on all coastal areas. This Maritime Zone extends from the high tide mark, inland 200 meters. The first 50 meters is fully protected and excludes construction of any type. This insures the preservation of the beach, the coral and the vegetation that borders it. The coast line in this area is pristine and unspoiled, with no buildings, kiosks or structures visible from the beach. The Dream Village property is in the Maritime Zone. As such, the property is not deeded, but operates under a lease system from the Costa Rican government. This system has been in place for many years and provides for complete usage, occupancy, sale and development of the property. All required documentation is in place and available for review to prospective buyers. Ownership of each unit will be realized by transfer of a proportional number of shares in the Pueblo de Suenos, S.A. corporation. Along with the transfer of shares documenting the purchase of a cottage unit, will be full divesture of all rights assigned to the cottage owners. These rights include but are not limited to: usage/occupancy, transfer of ownership, rental and upgrades. All transactions will be in complete conformity with Costa Rican law. Closing procedures will be handled by a Costa Rican lawyer.
