SERVICES
The entire complex will be serviced by a staffed reception house providing: security, telephone, fax, and internet service to all residents. A washer and dryer will be available at the reception house. Staff will be on-hand to assist residents and respond to outside inquiries and guests.
Each cottage will include:
Solar Hot Water
Waste Water purification system
Electricity
Wireless internet access
Equipped bathroom and kitchen
Ceiling Fans
Full Landscaping
Cottage owners will have both a property management and a rental service available to them.
Management Service will include regular external cleaning and maintenance of each unit and surrounding landscaping, as well as the entire complex. This will be a mandatory service and a reasonable monthly condominium Management Fee will charged to each cottage owner. Additional cleaning services will be available based on owner needs.
Rental Service Cottage owners may elect for Dream Village management to rent their units in their absence, providing a return on investment. Owners may make their own rental arrangements, which Dream Village management would support. Alternatively, Dream Village management can rent units via it's website and through local promotion and inquiries. Rental Service fees will vary depending on the services provided.
Rental periods will be limited to at least one week or more, in order to reduce traffic and impact on the property and ensure the tranquility of the complex.
